Are synchronized events, such as hearing a verse that encourages patience when contemplating problems, messages from Allah or merely illusions?

The Qur'an is a message from Allah to His servants, and they must apply its teachings. The awakening of the heart upon hearing an verse about patience when it is needed is a mercy and a divine grace from Allah. This falls under Allah's inspiration to His servant and His alerting him to what benefits him. It is permissible to call it a "message from Allah" if the intended meaning is what has been mentioned.
