Does saying "You are divorced" over the phone, in a state of extreme anger and before consummation, with previous private meetings and fear of defloration, constitute a valid divorce, and what are the consequences if it does?

If you utter a divorce while in a state of extreme anger that deprives you of awareness, then your divorce is not effective. However, if the anger did not deprive you of awareness, then your divorce is valid. As long as you had a valid seclusion with your wife, you may take her back before her waiting period expires, without the need for a new contract or her consent.
