Is there a prayer that would make my husband agree to me getting pregnant? Thank you.

There is no specific supplication for seeking progeny, and any supplication to Allah is beneficial. It is not permissible for the husband to prevent his wife from having children because it is a right for both her and him. Nor is it permissible for him to practice coitus interruptus or order her to use contraceptives except with her consent.
