What is upon one who forgot to say "Subhana Rabbi al-A'la" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High) in prostration and "Subhana Rabbi al-Adheem" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great) in bowing, or recited Al-Fatihah mistakenly in prostration and did not remember until after the salutation?

Whoever recites Al-Fatiha while prostrating out of forgetfulness, their prayer is valid, and they are not required to perform the prostration of forgetfulness, rather it is sunnah for them to do so. The prostration of forgetfulness is also sunnah if one utters a prescribed saying in an improper place, such as reciting [the Quran] while prostrating or sitting.
