What is the ruling on placing something in a bag or wrapper on which the name of Allah (Jalalah) or any other sacred religious text is mentioned? Is it forbidden, a mockery, or an act of disbelief?

Placing objects into bags inscribed with the name of Allah the Almighty is not an act of mockery or apostasy, unless it results in their desecration. If it leads to desecration, then it is forbidden and considered apostasy if done intentionally by someone who is aware, intending to desecrate, as this contradicts the glorification of Allah and His names. Allah the Almighty says: "That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah – indeed, it is from the piety of hearts." Glorifying the symbols of Allah and His names demonstrates piety of hearts and soundness of faith. Throwing the Qur'an or parts of it, or sacred and prophetic hadiths, or the names of Allah the Almighty into an impure place, or defiling them, or leaving them when one has the ability to remove the harm from them, is considered a forbidden desecration.
