Will the insane on the Day of Judgment be among the People of A'raf?

The pen is lifted from the insane regarding evil deeds, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The pen is lifted from three," and he mentioned among them: "the insane until he recovers." However, there is no evidence that the pen is lifted from him regarding rewards. Rather, the apparent meanings of the Sacred Law indicate their establishment, such as the Almighty's saying: (I do not allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female) and (So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it). This is further supported by the fact that a child is rewarded for his actions despite the pen being lifted from him. As for the claim that the insane are the people of Al-A'raf, it is unknown, and scholars have many sayings regarding the identification of the people of Al-A'raf.
