Is the validity of what has been narrated concerning the specific merits of reciting Surat Ad-Duha a certain number of times, or a specific supplication after reciting it, or a special supplication after Salatul-Duha, an innovation (bid‘ah) or not?

Most of what is mentioned regarding the specific properties of the Quran is based on experience, and it is permissible to act upon the recitation of a surah followed by supplication. However, committing to repeating it a specific number of times or at a specific time is not advisable, as it constitutes an additive innovation (bid‘ah iḍāfiyyah).
