The answer

The month of is a season for believers to increase in virtues, and a believer should utilize their time in obedience. If the impediment to reciting the Qur’an and increasing worship is serving one's husband, obeying him, and attending to household matters, then this in itself is an act of worship not to be underestimated. It has been narrated from the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him: "If I were to order anyone to prostrate to anyone, I would have ordered women to prostrate to their husbands because of the rights Allah has given them over them."
