Is it permissible to feed the poor in lieu of the accumulated days from Ramadan that were not made up due to menstruation, post-natal bleeding (nifas), and breastfeeding, and also for this year’s Ramadan which passed while the questioner was in a state of post-natal bleeding (nifas), out of fear that fasting would affect breastfeeding or due to weakness and low blood pressure?

You must fast the days you missed. Do not resort to feeding the poor unless you are permanently unable to fast. If delaying the make-up fasting until another began was without a valid excuse, then you must feed one poor person for each day, in addition to making up the fasts.
