The unintentional killer does not inherit from the slain. Therefore, if the husband was the cause of the killing, he inherits nothing. The entire inheritance, along with the blood money (Diyya), goes to the father (one-sixth as a fixed share and the remainder by residuary inheritance), and the full sisters receive nothing. However, if someone other than the husband caused the death, then the husband receives half, and the father receives the remainder of the inheritance (one-sixth + the rest), and the full sisters receive nothing.
