Can a woman's divorce of herself be valid after her husband's statement, "Your affair is in your hand," despite her not being aware of the stipulated conditions? Is online seclusion and the exchange of body images considered a valid marital seclusion that necessitates the waiting period (iddah)? Was the husband's return (raj'ah) valid after her first divorce without a new contract and without consummation? Is her second divorce valid while she is menstruating? And can one adopt the fatwa that divorce during menstruation is invalid?

If a woman chooses the divorce that her husband placed in her hands, then her divorce is an irrevocable (ba'in) divorce, and the husband does not have the right to take her back except with a new contract. This is because a non-consummated marriage becomes irrevocable with a single divorce. Any enjoyment experienced via the internet does not carry the ruling of a valid seclusion (khalwa sahiha). The reconciliation (raj'ah) that occurred after the divorce is invalid, and the second divorce did not take place. If the man wishes to take the woman back, he must make a new contract with her. We advise fearing Allah, treating the spouse with kindness, and not seeking divorce without justification.
