Is money lost between Safa and Marwah counted as sadaqah or zakat and rewarded for, or is nothing counted for it?

If a Muslim is afflicted by a calamity affecting his person or wealth and he endures it patiently, seeking reward from Allah, then he will receive recompense for it and it will expiate his sins. The loss of wealth may cause sorrow and harm. This loss does not substitute for the obligatory zakat (definition) if you possess wealth that reaches the nisab (definition). Rather, zakat must be given from the existing wealth when it becomes due, but the Muslim will be rewarded for this loss if he endures it patiently, seeking reward from Allah.
