Is the Hadith of Ibn Abbas authentic regarding the creation of the Pen, then the rising of the water vapor, then the creation of Nun (the whale) and the spreading of the earth on its back, then stabilizing it with mountains?

This narration is attributed to Ibn 'Abbas (mawquf) and not to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him (marfu'). It was narrated by al-Tabari and al-Hakim, who authenticated it. The beginning of the narration: "The first thing Allah created was the Pen, then it wrote all that is to be," is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as narrated by al-Tirmidhi, who authenticated it.
