Is a man's saying in his song, "I am a man without a destiny," considered a disbelief and an act of defiance towards God?

This song is from the poetry of Nizar Qabbani, a contemporary poet whose poems contain atheism and deviance. Everything that happens in the universe is by Allah's decree and destiny, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, all things We created with a measure," and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Everything is by measure, even incapacity and cleverness." Belief in divine decree is one of the six pillars of faith. Narrating a statement of disbelief and declaring it to people is forbidden by Islamic law unless the intention is to clarify its invalidity. If the narrator believes the meaning of the disbelieving statement, he becomes a disbeliever, provided the conditions for declaring someone a disbeliever are met and there are no impediments.
