Is there a legal prohibition against pouring hot water in the bathroom, and is it legislated to mention the name of Allah when doing so?

A Muslim should avoid pouring hot water in bathrooms or elsewhere because it can harm the jinn, and this is a well-known matter. Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that the jinn possessing humans can be due to humans harming them by pouring hot water or urine on them. This harm from the jinn may occur as revenge, even if humans are unaware of their presence, because there is ignorance and injustice among the jinn. If a Muslim needs to pour hot water, they should say "Bismillah (In the name of Allah)" before pouring or before entering the bathroom. Mentioning the name of Allah expels devils and prevents their evil, and it is a means of safety from apparent and hidden evils.
