Does pouring hot water in the bathroom expose the doer to jinn possession or their wrath, and is saying "Bismillah" and seeking refuge in Allah aloud before emptying hot water from the washing machine sufficient to avoid that?

It is mentioned that pouring hot water may cause possession by jinn, but a Muslim can protect himself by maintaining the divine fortifications and the prescribed morning and evening remembrances, as well as upon entering and leaving the house, and entering the restroom. This protects him from the harm of the jinn and suffices him against their evil. In the Hadith: "Indeed, the servant is most protected from Satan when he is in the remembrance of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted." Among the important remembrances is reciting "Say: He is Allah, [the] One," and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) three times in the evening and three times in the morning; they will suffice you against everything. It must be noted that one should not pronounce the name of Allah or seek refuge (from evil) inside a restroom that contains a toilet. It is sufficient to perform remembrance silently without raising one's voice.
