What is the ruling on purchasing a car, furniture, or anything else in installments through murabaha? Is this considered usury that harms the buyer who cannot pay in cash?

Deferred payment purchases with a known increase are permissible, provided that the price is known at the time of the contract and not subject to increase if the buyer delays payment. This is also contingent on the seller owning the item and having it under their guarantee before selling it. However, if the price is subject to increase upon the buyer's procrastination, this is forbidden usury (riba).
