Is there a Hadith Qudsi that includes an address from Allah Almighty to the human intellect?

All texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah address the human intellect; for the intellect is the basis of accountability. Both are replete with rational proofs for the existence of the Creator and for resurrection and gathering. Allah Almighty concludes dozens of verses with (for a people who use their intellect). The Qur’an has also condemned disbelievers for disabling their intellects, such as His saying, glorified be He: (Deaf, dumb, and blind — so they do not use their intellects). As for texts specifically concerning the virtue of the intellect, no authentic hadith has been reported regarding them.
