Is a ghusl from janabah sufficient if it includes running water through the hair and between the fingers, and conveying water to the ears, between the buttocks, to the anus, and to the penis? And can soap be used to ensure water reaches, given the presence of ritual purity OCD? And is it permissible to disregard doubt after ghusl?

It is neither obligatory nor prescribed to introduce water inside the ear when performing ghusl, nor into the anus. However, the area between the buttocks must be washed. Intercalating the fingers is recommended unless they are intertwined, and intercalating the beard is obligatory according to the majority of scholars. It is not obligatory to pull the penis when washing it; simply ensuring water reaches it suffices. Rubbing the body is recommended but not obligatory. Washing the body with soap and then pouring water with the intention of ghusl for janabah is valid, and the water changing due to dirt does not invalidate it. The cure for obsessive whispers (waswas) is to ignore them, for religion is ease.
