Is the method used for ghusl from janabah correct, which includes the intention of removing both minor and major ritual impurity and janabah, and purifying oneself from impurities, and washing the private parts first, then covering the entire body with water and soap while repeating the intention, followed by washing specific parts of the body, then rinsing the mouth and nose and performing wudu while repeating the intention for each step, and repeating wudu if there is doubt about touching the penis? And what is sufficient ghusl?

Repeating the intention during worship is not prescribed. A single intention at the beginning suffices. For ritual bathing (ghusl) from major impurity (janabah), you should intend to remove both major and minor impurities. You are not required to specify the impurities; if you intend to remove only the major impurity, both impurities are removed. However, if your ablution (wudu') breaks during or after the ghusl, you must renew it with the intention of removing the minor impurity. What is obligatory in ghusl is to ensure water covers the entire body, with a strong presumption that it has reached all parts of the skin. Using soap is not obligatory. The majority of scholars hold that for pre-seminal fluid (madhi), it is obligatory to wash the part of the body that it soiled, specifically the tip of the penis and any part of the body that the madhi touched.
