Is it sufficient, when performing ghusl for janabah, to stand under the shower and pass water over the body, or is it obligatory to make water reach between the thighs? And is it permissible to be content with washing the limbs of wudu once?

It is obligatory for water to reach all parts of the body during ghusl from janabah (ritual impurity), including the area between the thighs, along with rinsing the mouth and sniffing water into the nose. Standing under a shower until water reaches and flows over the entire body is sufficient. It is permissible to wash the parts of wudu (ablution) only once to overcome obsessive doubts (waswas). It is recommended to seek Allah's help, supplicate, and ask for well-being.
