Is someone who works outside his home from before the Fajr Adhan until Asr, and finds it difficult to perform the prayers due to his work, considered to have abandoned prayer, even though he is compelled to do so? And how does he pray the prayers he missed, given that he is not content with having missed them?

A Muslim has no excuse for abandoning prayer as long as their intellect is sound. Work is not considered an excuse for abandoning prayer or delaying it beyond its prescribed time. A worker whose job is adversely affected by praying at its appointed time is permitted to combine the prayers that share a time slot (Dhuhr and Asr, Maghrib and and Isha), either by performing them earlier or later, due to necessity. However, taking the Fajr prayer out of its time or delaying Dhuhr and Asr until sunset is impermissible. Whoever is in such a situation must pray at its appointed time. If they are unable to do so, they must seek another job that allows them to perform their prayers on time.
