What is the ruling on preventing a wife from visiting and speaking with her sister if the husband fears the mischief of this sister, who incites the wife against her husband, her children, and her husband’s family, permits forbidden things for her, encourages her to sexually abandon her husband, and resort to magic, especially since strange physical and psychological effects appear on the wife after meeting her sister, in addition to her contracting a sexually transmitted infection, and the husband is aware of the sister’s desire to speak with him and see him without a hijab?

It is permissible to prevent the wife from contacting those who are feared to corrupt her. Permitting the forbidden is forbidden, and this includes women mixing with non-mahrams with suspicion, and a wife disobeying her husband. What is more dangerous is resorting to magic and inciting a woman against her husband.
