In summary, it is permissible to remove leg hair. The Malikis explicitly stated that a woman may remove anything whose removal beautifies her, and she must keep anything whose retention beautifies her. Therefore, it is forbidden for her to shave her head hair. And it is forbidden for her to pluck (al-Nams), which is plucking facial hair, especially the eyebrows, due to the stern warning mentioned in that regard.
