How do I make it easier for myself to perform the Sunnah and Nafl prayers?

Supererogatory prayers (Nawafil) include those that are emphasized (Mu'akkadah), such as the regular Sunnah (definition) prayers (Rawatib) and Witr. Others are not emphasized. It is easy to maintain them by trusting in Allah and seeking His help, knowing that they compensate for deficiencies in obligatory prayers. Furthermore, maintaining twelve rak'ahs of voluntary prayer builds a house in Paradise, and they are a cause for Allah Almighty's love for His servant. One should not neglect them. If they are missed, they are not obligatory to make up (qada'), but rather recommended.
