Is buying a car in installments permissible if the transaction takes place between the buyer and a company that purchases the car from a dealership and then delivers it to the buyer outside the dealership?

If a car sale contract is concluded between the buyer and the company before the company takes possession of the car, then the contract is invalid. This is due to the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) prohibition of selling goods where they are bought until merchants take possession of them and move them to their own premises. The company must take possession of the goods by moving them from the seller's location to another location before selling them. Therefore, if the car is moved outside the showroom, the company is then permitted to conclude the sales contract.
