Is abortion permissible in the early stages of pregnancy merely to obtain a scholarship?

It is not permissible to abort a fetus at any stage of its development except out of necessity. A scholarship is not considered a necessity that permits abortion. Allah may place much good in this fetus, and He may facilitate a better study opportunity for the wife, in accordance with His Almighty saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him."
