Is it permissible for a wife to go out into the courtyard of the house to clean it, water plants, sit there, dispose of trash, and the like, without her husband's permission?

A woman is not permitted to leave her husband's house except with his permission. If the husband forbids her from going out into the uncovered courtyard of the house, she must obey him, and it is unlawful for her to go out to it. However, if the courtyard is covered and secure, then she is permitted to go out to it. Her going out to dispose of trash or similar matters is not permitted except with the husband's permission.
