What is the validity of the statement that repeatedly reciting Verses 128-129 of Surat At-Tawbah helps in enhancing wisdom and spiritual knowledge and attaining blessings, and what is their correct interpretation?

The Qur’an and Sunnah indicate that the Holy Qur’an is guidance, healing, and mercy for believers, and that repeating the supplication ("O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your male servant...") removes anxiety and sorrow. As for the virtue of specifically reciting the last two verses of Surat At-Tawbah ("There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves..."), nothing authentic has been reported concerning it from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Everything reported about it is weak and has no basis.
