Does the statement of Allah Almighty in Surat Al-Baqarah: {The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers} affirm the Hindu concept of Avatar, based on the interpretation of "Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers" as having been revealed to the Messenger and the believers from the Messenger's Lord?

None of the commentators have stated that Allah’s saying: (Each one believes in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers) is a detail of what was generally stated in His saying: (The Messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord). Al-Tabari and Ibn Atiyyah clarify that this verse was revealed after the preceding verse (And whether you disclose what is in your souls or conceal it), and that Allah praised the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions with it because of their saying: “We hear and we obey,” unlike the Children of Israel who said: “We hear and we disobey.” The meaning of (believes) is to affirm, and the meaning of (the Messenger) is Muhammad (peace be upon him), and (what has been revealed to him from his Lord) refers to the Qur’an and all other revelations. And (each) here means encompassing those mentioned, i.e., the Messenger and the believers. Belief in Allah is to affirm Him and His attributes, and in the angels is to believe them to be servants of Allah, and in the books is to affirm all that was revealed to the prophets.
