What is the proof for the authenticity of the Qur’an and the Sunnah?

The authenticity of the Qur’an is evident from its transmission through continuous, successive chains (tawatur), its memorization by millions, and its numerous miraculous aspects, such as: its exquisite composition, its profound eloquence, and its foretelling of unseen matters.

The authenticity of the Sunnah is apparent from the meticulous care taken by the Companions in preserving it, the efforts of scholars in transmitting and categorizing it, and its foretelling of unseen matters.

Allah's preservation of the Qur’an includes the Sunnah because it is part of the Dhikr (remembrance), and because the preservation of the Qur’an, with its meanings and rulings, cannot be complete without the preservation of the Sunnah which explains it.
