Allah Almighty has warned us against Satan, for he is an enemy to us and sees us whence we cannot see him. He commanded us to beware of his stratagems, his deception, and his beautification of disbelief and disobedience. One can refer to my books "Talbis Iblis" (The Deception of Iblis) by Ibn al-Jawzi and "Ighathat al-Lahfan min Masayid al-Shaytan" (Aiding the Distressed from the Snares of Satan) by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya to learn about Satan's methods of temptation.
