Do the grandchildren of a deceased grandmother inherit from her if their mother/father, her daughter/son, is also deceased?

The children of a daughter, both male and female, do not inherit from their grandmother, because they are not among the legal heirs, but rather among the uterine kin (dhawu al-arham).
