Does the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah is Witr (Odd/One) and loves witr (odd numbers)" mean that odd numbers deserve sanctity and respect, and that it is forbidden to discard papers bearing these numbers into the trash, and that whoever does so is considered to be mocking the religion?

The aforementioned Hadith is an authentic Hadith, narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and others, and authenticated by Al-Albani. The remainder of it is: "So perform Witr, O people of the Qur'an." The scholars said regarding its meaning: that Allah is One in His essence, attributes, and actions, and He loves Witr, meaning He rewards for it and accepts it. It was also said: that its meaning refers to the characteristic of one who worships Allah with sincerity in His Oneness. The numbers mentioned and what is written within them have no relation to the Hadith and do not deserve sanctification.
