What is the ruling on one who works for a company all days of the week and does not pray Jumu'ah despite exerting every effort to do so?

Jumu'ah prayer is an individual obligation (fard 'ayn) by scholarly consensus, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew." It is not permissible to abstain from it except for a legitimate Shar'i excuse, such as travel, illness, or rain. Whoever abstains from it without an excuse is sinful. Severe warnings have been mentioned in the Hadith for those who fail to attend it. Jumu'ah prayer is obligatory upon every Muslim who is free, sane, adult, resident, and capable of striving to attend it.
