What is the ruling on hacking into the accounts of non-Muslims in order to add them to a Da‘wah (proselytizing) group that discusses their beliefs and invites them to Islam, and how can this act be rectified if it is wrong?

If a group hacks into others' accounts to invite them, this is impermissible in Islamic law, because inviting to Allah does not justify using forbidden means. This action might even alienate them from Islam.

Permission must be sought from those who are to be added to the group, and those who were added unwillingly should be given the choice to leave the group.
