What is the authenticity of the hadith that mentions Sulayman (peace be upon him) supplicating with the prayer: "O Allah, by Your light I am guided, by Your grace I am made self-sufficient, and by Your bounty I have entered upon morning and evening," whereupon Jerusalem was opened for him?

Ibn Bashkuwal al-Andalusi narrated in his book "Al-Mustaghitheen Billah" a story about Sulaiman (peace be upon him) when he was exhausted by the opening of Jerusalem. He summoned humans and jinn, but they were unable to open the lock. Then, an old man, one of Dawud’s companions, came to him and guided him to words that Dawud used to supplicate with when distressed: "O Allah, by Your light I am guided, by Your grace I am enriched, and by Your bounty I have entered morning and evening. These are my sins before You; I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You." Sulaiman recited these words over the lock, and it opened. Ibn Bashkuwal also mentioned this story with another chain of narration from Aishah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), similar to what was previously stated. The researcher of "Fada'il Bayt al-Maqdis" (Virtues of Jerusalem) mentioned that this story is among the Isra'iliyyat (Judaic traditions) and that its chain of narration includes "Attaf ibn Khalid," who is a debated narrator.
