The answer

This remembrance, narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, has a very weak chain of transmission due to Habib bin Abi Habib and Hisham bin Sa'd. It has also been narrated on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam that this supplication was among the supplications of Sulaiman (peace be upon him) for opening the door of Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem), but the status of a number of its narrators is unknown, and it is also disconnected. It is possible that it is from the narrations of the People of the Book, from which no rulings can be derived.
