Is it permissible to drink from a water spring found in cemeteries?

If the spring is dedicated to the benefit of the cemetery, then drinking from it due to thirst is permissible. However, taking water from it for homes is not permissible except for a price. If the spring is not dedicated to the cemetery, then both actions are permissible. But if the intention behind drinking is to seek blessings from the water, then this is forbidden.
