Is it permissible to drink and bathe from a spring in the village of Sheikh Saad with the intention of seeking healing from illnesses? Is it the water mentioned in Surat (Sad)? And is the grave located there that of Prophet Ayyub (peace be upon him)?

There is no conclusive evidence to prove the authenticity of what is attributed regarding the existence of Prophet Ayyub's grave and the spring of bathing from which he was healed in the town of "Sheikh Sa'd" in Houran. Such claims are not based on any Shar'i (Islamic legal) evidence. It is not permissible to believe in the blessing of this place, as it may lead to great corruption, such as associating partners with Allah (Shirk (definition)) and seeking blessings from the grave or the spring. Furthermore, the graves of prophets and righteous people are often exaggerated and worshipped besides Allah. It is not permissible to drink from this water or bathe in it seeking healing. It is prohibited to go to this place or undertake a journey (شد الرحال) to it, except for the three mosques [the Sacred Mosque in Mecca, the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, and Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem].
