Is it permissible for a father to relinquish all his property to only one son, under the pretext of having many daughters, and what is the ruling on the sisters signing papers that later turn out to be for "usufruct" and not a waiver of ownership, and the brother refusing to remove their signatures?

A father gifting his house to his only son, to the exclusion of his daughters, is a forbidden injustice, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Fear Allah and be just among your children," and his sayings: "Do not make me a witness to injustice," and "Treat them equally." The father must retract this unjust gift to establish justice among his children, or the son must rectify the injustice against his sisters by making their share equal to his, or by taking only a share equivalent to one of theirs. However, if the daughters consent to this, then there is no blame.
