Is it permissible for daughters to take properties of slight value, while sons seize properties of great value and refuse to divide the inheritance according to the rule "for the male is the share of two females"?

A father must be just among his children in giving gifts, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Indeed, I do not bear witness to injustice." If the father violates this and favors some over others, then the children must redistribute the gifts justly. If the father registered properties in the names of his children to evade taxes, these properties still belong to him and must be distributed among his heirs according to Islamic law after his death. The children must be advised and reminded of their sisters' rights and warned against injustice.
