Do women have a share in the inheritance - money, gold, and land - that the sons divided among themselves during their father's lifetime and without his knowledge, knowing that the father is the original owner?

This distribution is impermissible because it involves encroaching upon the living father's wealth without his permission and unjustly depriving the daughters of their right to fairness in distribution. This is an injustice and a violation of Allah Almighty's command to be just and benevolent, and the Prophet's (PBUH) command to be fair among children. Some scholars have even stated that a father's lack of fairness in giving gifts invalidates the gift. As for the two brothers who worked to grow the wealth, they are only entitled to what they agreed upon with their father.
