ما هو الدليل من القرآن أو السنة على من أفطر متعمدًا؟

Intentionally breaking the fast during the daytime in Ramadan without a legitimate Shar'i excuse is a grave sin and a violation of Allah's command. This is evidenced by the Qur'an and Sunnah. Allah Almighty has commanded the completion of the fast from dawn until night, which necessitates the prohibition of consuming anything that breaks the fast during this time, as in His (Glorified and Exalted be He) saying: "And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset." And from the Sunnah, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the night approaches from this side and the day departs from this side and the sun has set, then the fasting person has broken his fast."
