Do the author of a topic in the technical section of forums, the owner of the website, the general supervisor, and his deputy bear sin, and does their sin increase with the number of readers?

Everyone who opens a forum or a website on the internet earns either reward or sin according to the good or evil they publish, and likewise, everyone who cooperates with them. The owner of an Islamic website receives his reward and the reward of those who follow him, while the owner of an evil forum that promotes what is forbidden bears the sin of his عمل and the sin of everyone who follows him or works with him, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward like the rewards of those who follow him, without diminishing their rewards in the slightest. And whoever calls to misguidance will bear a sin like the sins of those who follow him, without diminishing their sins in the slightest." And based on Allah's Almighty saying: "and some of the burdens of those whom they lead astray."
