Does the thin, clear, viscous fluid that was discharged after reading messages from a female friend constitute maniyy or madhiy, and what is the ruling on fasting that day?

It is regrettable that forbidden relationships with foreign women have spread among Muslim youth, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against the temptation of women. The questioner must repent to Allah from befriending foreign women, as this is a door to evil. The discharge that most likely came out of the questioner is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), and the emission of madhiy does not invalidate the fast. Even if it were maniy (semen), the fast is not invalidated by its emission due to repeated looking. If one doubts the nature of the discharge, he may choose between the ruling of maniy and madhiy and assign it the ruling of either one.
