You both must repent. You are not obligated to marry her, and you will not sin if you do not marry her. She brought this upon herself, and the loss of virginity due to adultery is expected. It is not permissible for you to speak with her about her virginity; rather, you must avoid her completely. Your repentance from adultery is sincere and valid, and it is not necessary for the adulterer to be punished through his family if he repents. It is not permissible for a son to marry a girl whom his parents do not approve of if there is a legitimate impediment, unless the son fears falling into sin himself.
