Does the meaning of "creature" (dābbah) in the Noble Verse: (And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision) include both humans and animals, and is describing a human as a "creature" considered equating him with an animal?

In the Arabic language, the term "dabbah" (creature/beast) is applied to everything that treads upon the earth, including humans, animals, and insects, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And Allah has created every [moving] creature from water. Some of them walk on their bellies, some on two legs, and some on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent" (An-Nur: 45). Allah has guaranteed the sustenance of all these creatures, including humans, as stated in His saying: "And how many a creature carries not its [own] sustenance. Allah provides for it and for you. And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" (Al-Ankabut: 60).
