The answer

It is impermissible to sell devices and software to usurious banks and institutions that engage in or assist in prohibited activities, even if the profits are foregone, due to the generality of Allah's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If such a sale has occurred, then along with repentance, the profits derived therefrom must be given away and spent on the welfare of Muslims. If one cannot abstain, then he must leave the work unless there is an urgent necessity compelling him to stay until he finds another job. As for working in Islamic banks, it is permissible if they meticulously adhere to the rulings of Islamic Sharia in their transactions.
