How can one deal with the injustice experienced due to wearing the hijab in the workplace, especially when it leads to deprivation of promotions and the undermining of efforts?

The afflictions that befall believers are signs of their righteousness. One must seek reward from Allah and be patient, for this world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever. Those who disobey Allah regarding the hijab, seeking the transient gains of this world, are losers. Do not grieve over what you have missed of this world, for the Hereafter is better and everlasting. You can raise the matter of injustice with the authorities, for the believer is victorious over those who transgress against him.
